  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (Optional)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary, to taste (Optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1 – Preheat the air fryer. Set it to 380°F (193°C) to ensure it’s ready for cooking.
  • Step 2 – Rinse the broccolini and trim as needed. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  • Step 3 – In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss the broccolini in this mixture until well coated. If using, add herbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 4 – Place the seasoned broccolini in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space for air circulation.
  • Step 5 – Air fry for 6-7 minutes, checking for crispiness and tenderness. Adjust the time slightly based on your preference or air fryer model.
  • Step 6 – Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
