Instructions
- Step 1 – In your Instant Pot, add water/broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs. Whisk in the polenta.
- Step 2 – Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.
- Step 3 – Once cooking is complete, carefully perform a quick release of the pressure.
