Italian Garlic Bread with Red Wine with freshly cracked sea salt and pepper to taste.


  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1 full head of garlic… yes, a full head
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine
  • Freshly cracked sea salt and pepper to taste


  1. Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to at least 375 degrees Farenheit (190 Celcius)

    Creating the Mixture

    1. Peel and crush the garlic into a small mixing bowl
    2. Add the oil to the garlic and mix well together
    3. Add any herbs to the mixing bowl that you’d like to have and mix well
    4. Once the herbs are in, add the red wine to the mixture and stir
    5. Finally, add salt and pepper to the mixture

    Add Mixture to Bread

    1. Lay the bread slices on a baking pan
    2. Apply the mixture evenly to all pieces of bread, making sure not to let any go to waste!
    3. Once applied, put the bread in the oven for at least 12 minutes or until golden brown
