- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 1 full head of garlic… yes, a full head
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup red wine
- Freshly cracked sea salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to at least 375 degrees Farenheit (190 Celcius)
Creating the Mixture
- Peel and crush the garlic into a small mixing bowl
- Add the oil to the garlic and mix well together
- Add any herbs to the mixing bowl that you’d like to have and mix well
- Once the herbs are in, add the red wine to the mixture and stir
- Finally, add salt and pepper to the mixture
Add Mixture to Bread
- Lay the bread slices on a baking pan
- Apply the mixture evenly to all pieces of bread, making sure not to let any go to waste!
- Once applied, put the bread in the oven for at least 12 minutes or until golden brown
