Mizeria in persian cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced.
Ingredients

- 5 Persian cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 10–12 radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ onion, very finely diced
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 handful fresh dill, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or stevia
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In your serving bowl, combine your Greek yogurt, lemon juice, coconut sugar, sea salt and a little bit of the dill. Mix well together to create your dressing
- Add your cucumbers and onions and mix well to spread the dressing around
- Add your radishes and mix well to spread the dressing around
- Finally, garnish with your remaining extra dill and serve
