Mizeria in persian cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced.


  • 5 Persian cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1012 radishes, thinly sliced
  • ½ onion, very finely diced
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or stevia
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


  1. In your serving bowl, combine your Greek yogurt, lemon juice, coconut sugar, sea salt and a little bit of the dill. Mix well together to create your dressing
  2. Add your cucumbers and onions and mix well to spread the dressing around
  3. Add your radishes and mix well to spread the dressing around
  4. Finally, garnish with your remaining extra dill and serve
