Ingredients

  • 2 cups parsley leaf

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

For the Salmon:

  • 4-6 ounce salmon filets

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


Instructions

For the Salmon:

Step 1 – Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and apply cooking spray.
